⇒  Booking canceled 3 days prior to departure will be fully refunded
⇒  Booking canceled in less than 3 days will not be refunded however you can replace someone
⇒  You may form a group and let us know if you wish to have private friends tour, otherwise, it will be mixed age groups with strangers

Day 01: Thimphu to Lhamoy Zingkha (Kalikhola)
Start the drive towards Lhamoy Zingkha from Thimphu via Gedu.  Roadside Stops- Leg stretch break for having tea/coffee, using the restroom, and taking photographs at scenic places like waterfalls, landscapes, and villages. Ridak Bridge- This bridge divides Chhukha and Dagana districts. It is worth a stop for a photo break. The Beautiful Natural Saltlick: The Sacred Home for” Lama Lamini”- Lhamoyzingkha Dugkhag is not only beautiful but also large and unique enough to attract the hearts of nature lovers. Local people consider the area as sacred as it is believed to be the hermitage of yoga and yogi who later died in the area too. The local folks still perform rituals in their homes to please the spirits of those two hermits which is considered to be the guardian of the site. Overnight in Lhamoy Zingkha.

Day 02: Lhamoy Zingkha Sightseeing
Lhamoy Zingkha the land known to be blessed by the divine god and goddess.   Lhamoyzinkha is not only enriched by the presence of only “lake” in the south but also has few natural wonders which are worth the visit. Palden Lhamoy Lhatso (Khurul Lake)- Almost 20 minutes ride from lhamoyzingkha, lies Khurul Lake- one of 2674 lakes in Bhutan.  It is often visited by people for offering prayers or otherwise for its natural beauty. The lake is believed to be hundreds of years old. According to folklores, oysters were sighted at the lake and therefore the name of the lake is ‘Khurul’ which means Oyster in Lhhotshamkha. People also believe that the lake is a wish-fulfilling lake. The Phodrang (Palace) of Lhamoyzigkha Lake- The lake site has a Palace “Phodrang” for guardian deity where the people now offer butter lamps and incense for wellbeing and blessings. The sacred place of Devithan- It is the sacred site in Lhamoyzingkha Dungkhag. Like spring water and “Drupchus” in the Buddhist context, Devithan also has water being originated from the very cave. The water itself is a symbol for its sanctity for those who consider the place as sacred. Overnight in Lhamoy Zingkha.

Day 03: Lhamoy Zingkha to A day at leisure
After the leisure breakfast, visit the nearby villages in Lhamoy Zingkha to understand the way of living in southern Bhutan. You can enjoy the local homemade dishes and wines. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Lhamoy Zingkha

Day 04: Lhamoy Zingkha to Thimphu
End of the tour & services. Retrace the drive towards Thimphu which marks the end of the trip.
